In the beautiful setting of Sestri Levante on 18 and 19 April takes place Discover Italy, a workshop that becomes a fascinating meeting place between foreign buyers and Italian hotels and operators: hotel Vis a Vis is present as a seller and an active part of the organisation, promoting a high-level accommodation model in Liguria.

Discover Italy is the only major tourism fair in Liguria, of international standing.
It is attended by 16 Italian regions and is sponsored by Enit (National Tourism Agency), with an active role played by our hotel, the integrated communication company Givi, and the Consorzio Turistico Sestri Levante: a synergy of collaboration that aims to promote local excellence.

Discover Italy was created with the purpose of introducing and promoting travel and accommodation opportunities to selected foreign buyers, presenting the marvellous country that is Italy and its most representative destinations: a prolific and exciting combination of supply and demand.
Sestri Levante, with its nuances of nature, beaches, and traditions, is the perfect stage.

More than 100 buyers from all over the world, prestigious tour operators, will meet Italian sellers through exchange workshops, pre and post tours with visits to the most fascinating corners of the territory such as the wonderful Portofino Coast.
Specific activities will be organised in these locations: real events within the event, turning our region into an evocative open-air showcase.

In addition to hosting some of the main buyers, the Vis a Vis hotel’s commitment is to enhance their stay with an aperitif on our terrace, an unforgettable experience in front of the sunset over the Ligurian sea.
