Apricale

A village in Liguria nestled on a hill in the Nervia Valley, characterized by narrow alleys, small gray stone houses, steep steps and the famous murals. Ranked as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Apricale is an auteur fairy tale suspended in the silence of Ligurian nature, a location not to be missed.

Zuccarello

Situated in the heart of the Neva valley, Zuccarello seems to have stepped out of a medieval painting: arcades, stone houses and Romanesque bridges over the river create an atmosphere of rare charm, all the way to the castle, which offers a breathtaking view of the valley below. A place that recalls the simple flavors and small gestures of the past, while the Neva River flows placidly through the narrow streets.

Dolceacqua

A village in Liguria worth visiting for the beautiful setting of its arched bridge, described by Monet as “a jewel of lightness.”
Dolceacqua is dominated by the Doria Castle, from which unravel ancient carruggi, artisan workshops and souvenir stores: treat yourself to a taste of the locally produced Rossese, a red wine of distinct elegance and structure.

Triora

Triora is a mysterious place in the Argentina Valley, known as the “witch village” for its links to the 16th-century witch trials.
It is a corner of legends and fairy tales, where you can visit the Ethnographic and Witchcraft Museum, savor focaccia and mountain herb dishes, and be enchanted by the crumbling houses and dark porticoes, often shrouded in fog.

Valloria

Among the olive groves inland from Imperia lies this gem called the “village of painted doors.”
Here, in fact, every door is a canvas, transformed into a work of art by artists from all over the world: a living exhibition under the banner of creativity and imagination, in which stories of life and culture are told through colors and shapes.

Colletta di Castelbianco

The thematic village of Liguria, destroyed by an earthquake and completely rebuilt last century, becoming a widespread hotel.
Colorful houses and blue windows in a white frame, ancient stone streets leading to strips planted with olive and cherry trees: a synthesis of modern comforts and ancient traditions.

Brugnato

Nestled in the natural setting of the Montemarcello-Magra Park, Brugnato is a small village that lies on the banks of the Vara River.
A short distance from Cinque Terre, the village has a characteristic pincer shape, is composed of pastel-colored houses and is an important spiritual center in which to find convents, shrines and the Bishop’s Palace.
From Brugnato you can also reach the Cathedral of San Martino, an ancient Romanesque building of great appeal.

Montemarcello

Montemarcello is a village in Liguria’s Val di Magra, the last strip of the region before Tuscany.
Surrounded by lush Mediterranean nature, it is made up of orthogonal alleys that form an exhilaratingly beautiful historic center: from here there is a unique panorama that embraces the Gulf of La Spezia and the Apuan Alps, embodying the purest spirit of this wonderful area.
